Not because we’re lazy.
But because change feels uncomfortable,
and staying where we are feels familiar.

And yet… you can feel it.

You want to like your body again.
You want to feel slimmer, stronger and more athletic.
You want to regain your confidence.

Not someday.
But now — as you’re reading this.

About me

My name is Lindsay.
The human body has always fascinated me — not just how it works, but how it feels.

As a yoga teacher, sports coach, nutrition coach and registered nurse, I’ve learned over the years how deeply movement, nutrition and mindset influence the way we experience our bodies.
Not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally.

I was never someone who felt at home in traditional gyms.
The energy didn’t feel right for me.
I discovered that I move better — and stay consistent — when training feels personal, calm and tailored to who I am.

At my own pace.
In connection with my body.

During that journey, I became my own test case.
I developed my own training routines, worked with nutrition in a realistic way, and noticed how my body changed — not only in shape, but also in confidence.

Today, I run an online health platform and work 1-on-1 with women who want to feel better in their bodies through movement, nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

My approach combines:

  • movement that suits you

  • nutrition without strict dieting

  • attention to mindset and energy

No pushing.
Just guidance.

What I love most about this work is seeing women regain trust in their bodies.
Feeling slimmer, stronger and more confident — and realizing that this time, it’s sustainable.

    What does the sport & nutrition coaching include?

     

    Personal 1-on-1 coaching

    During this journey, we work together towards your goals:
    feeling slimmer, stronger and more energized — while rebuilding confidence in your body.

    Every session is fully tailored to your level, your body and your pace.
    No standard programs. No pressure.

    We train 1-on-1 in a calm and safe setting, so you can feel comfortable and receive my full attention.

    I guide, motivate and adjust where needed — so you can feel real progress and stay motivated along the way.


    Varied and achievable movement

    The sessions are varied and adapted to what works best for you.

    We use:

    • bodyweight exercises

    • light weights or kettlebells

    • resistance bands

    • small supportive tools when needed

    • elements of yoga and Qi Gong

    Always with one clear goal:
    to make your body stronger and more athletic, without overloading it.

    You don’t need any prior sports experience.
    You’re welcome to start exactly where you are today.


    Nutrition coaching (optional)

    If you’d like to take it a step further, nutrition can be included in your coaching.

    Together, we look at:

    • your current eating habits

    • what works for you and what doesn’t

    • how to use nutrition in a supportive way — without strict dieting

    You receive a practical nutrition plan that is:

    • realistic and achievable

    • adaptable to your lifestyle

    • designed to be sustainable, not perfect

    Here, nutrition is not a source of stress.
    It becomes support.


    The most important thing to know

    This coaching is not about quick results.
    It’s about lasting change.

    So that you:

      • feel comfortable and confident in your body again

      • see and feel real progress

      • trust that this is something you can maintain


    How to get started

    Getting started doesn’t have to be big or complicated.
    We simply begin by connecting.

    2. First session

    If it feels right for both of us, we schedule a first session.

    During this session:

    • we start moving at your level

    • and, if you choose nutrition coaching, you’ll receive guidance and your personal nutrition plan (weekly plan)

    No pressure to perform.
    Just a clear, achievable start.


    3. Continuing at your pace

    After the first sessions, we decide together:

    • how often you’d like to train

    • what feels realistic for you

    • and how this coaching best fits into your life

    You don’t have to commit to anything that doesn’t feel right.
    This coaching grows with you.

    1-on-1 Sport Coaching

    €65 per session

    Sportcoaching session 1 with nutrition plan: 105 euro

    Sportcoaching package 10 sessions: 600 euro

    10-session Sport Coaching + Weekly Nutrition Guidance: 999 euro
