🌿 About me
My name is Lindsay. I live with my family in beautiful L’Estartit. Alongside my online work, I also offer private coaching here in person.
Before moving to Spain, I ran my own yoga and wellness studio in Belgium.
The human body has always fascinated me — not just how it works, but especially how it feels.
As a yoga teacher, fitness coach, nutrition coach, and certified nurse, I’ve learned over the years how much impact nutrition, movement, and mindset have on how you feel in your body.
Not just physically — but mentally and emotionally as well.
I’ve never really felt at home in traditional gyms.
The energy just didn’t feel right to me.
I discovered that I move better and stay consistent when it feels personal and aligned.
At my own pace. In connection with my body.
During that journey, I became my own experiment.
I developed my own way of training and approaching nutrition — practical, gentle, and effective.
Today, I guide women one-on-one in movement, nutrition, and lifestyle.
My approach is simple:

After your message, I’ll personally get in touch with you.
We’ll see together if my guidance feels like the right fit for you.
After that, you’ll receive a short questionnaire (Google Form), so I can get a clear picture of you:
– your current fitness level
– any injuries or medical considerations
– your nutrition
– stress, rest, and sleep
– your goals
This allows me to start your journey in a safe and personalized way.
3. First session
We then schedule your first session.
During this session:
– we start moving at your level
– you experience my way of guiding and coaching
– we take the first step towards your goals
No pressure.
Just a calm and clear start.
4. Continue at your own pace
After the first session, we look at what works best for you:
– how often you want to train
– what feels realistic
– how this fits into your daily life
No fixed commitments.
